It is a nice hotel, but it has known better times.

The room was large, clean and had a balcony. Beds were good. The room had a fan and an arco. The hotel was not too expensive.

It is a nice hotel, but it has known better times. The owner was very friendly and helpful but didn't speak any Engels. The breakfast was simple one baguette, a cup of thee and two bananas. We stayed two nights, after the first night the room was not cleaned, beds were not made. There were several little defects, like doors not closing right, not working lamps, AC remote control didn't work etc.

The Midtown hotel was a nice place to stay overall, they bought banh mi from across the street for breakfast which were very good.

I feel as though the Midtown has fallen onto hard times due to Covid and needs a little inspiration to get back on track. Everything is there but it needs the people to give it some love.

-friendly helpfull personal -> they speak good english -big rooms -big shower -for the price perfekt -restaurants and supermarkets where close -the have a dry and a save space for motorbikes -early breakfast is possible.

Absolutely fabulous

Absolutely fabulous,the room better than any place I have ever been on with reasonable price. The staff were very attentive. I wish I could have stayed longer. Thanks for everyone. ️️️I will definitely be back.

What was the highlight of Phong Nha Midtown hotel

Great breakfast, good for super tight budgets but you get what you pay for.

The ladies working at the front desk are super sweet and very down to earth. They do their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible and they communicate well in English. The AC works well. The wifi is as good as the rest of the town.

No elevators so you need to walk up stairs, 3rd floor is brutal for older people with a lot of stuff but the 2nd floor is more manageable. Hot water takes some time to heat up so you need to be patient. There were mosquitoes in the room, but having the fan and AC going when we were sleeping kept us from getting bitten.

Great value

We had a family room that slept 6. It was really spacious, with good views. The shower had a glass divide, which contained the water- a rare find in Vietnam. Great breakfast. Central location.

The staff was a available the all time, nice and helpful. Nice location. Very close to the place the buss dropped us.

Payment- usually the hotels knows you arriving at about 4am and should not take extra money for it. We left there for 24 hours (left at 4 am) and they wanted to charge us for 2 nights, when I told the receptionist that is not fair, she agree to charge us for one night but I should have tell her that to get the fair account. The breakfast was pretty basic: Bread, butter, egg, 3 pieces of tomato and 3 of cucember. The water in the shower and the sink was bad, like a sulfur. The staff was ok and let us use the other room's shower but it had the same smell. The room was basically clean but had a spider webs near and behind the bed.
